  1. Practice Yoga
  2. Maintain a Healthy Weight
  3. Exercise regularly: 30 min of aerobics 3 times a week for 8 weeks
  4. Eat ginger or drink ginger tea
  5. Add cinnamon as a spice to your daily eating habits
  6. Get your daily dose of vitamins: Vitamin D, Vitamin B (especially B-6), Calcium
  7. Drink apple cider vinegar daily
  8. Eat pineapple daily (around 80 grams)
